We are a well-established property management company with offices conveniently located in Manchester City Centre. Our portfolio includes a mix of residential and commercial properties, offering a rewarding opportunity for a skilled Property Manager to make an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties within Greater Manchester.
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs promptly.
  • Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Monitor property budgets, collect rent payments, and manage expenditure to optimise property performance.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on property status, financial performance, and tenant relations.


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in property management, ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial properties.
  • License and Car: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a car for property inspections and client meetings.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
