The Rest of the World Intern will support managing key projects and events for the Ex-US leadership team. The role will work closely with Commercial strategy & operations lead in supporting them with project management and key day to day operations.

Job Duties include:

  • Support the Commercial Operations lead with the implementation of Tableau reporting across key markets through Project management

  • Consolidate power point presentations for monthly reporting along with Commercial operations lead and Global teams.

  • Assist ROW LT to coordinate and manage key projects by organizing meetings, oversee schedules and milestone management.

  • Support Vendor management, contracting and invoicing for ROW team - mainly Data & Training

  • Coordinate and manage key business events throughout the year with the ROW LT - incentive trips, offsites, etc

  • Create standardized Onboarding process for ROW, working in conjunction with the Country commercial operations team

  • Document and create SOWs for end to end incentive process

  • Support the ROW General manager with his diary, travel and expenses as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to visualize, articulate and derive insights from data Organizational Skills: Established planning/project management and influencing skills geared towards results/action; and experience in navigating matrixed organizations

  • Communication: Highly developed communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal savvy

  • Curious and willingness to learn from everyone
