As a Games and Arcade Manager, you will be responsible for running the site operations for HB Leisure at Crealy Adventure Park. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Responsible for leading all staff members to ensure the highest levels of safety and guest enjoyment Maintain a safe work environment for both team members and guests through effective training, policies and procedures Effectively and quickly resolve guest concerns Conduct effective and regular conversations with games and arcade staff to ensure individual development and goals are being met  Ensure compliance of senior staff (Supervisors/Team Leaders) with company policies and procedures   Conduct training for current and new employees ensuring well-trained, motivated staff Work closely with Human Resources to interview and hire new employees  Oversee payroll functions for team members ensuring accuracy and timeliness  Work closely with park management for events and park-related activities Maintain an area presence through frequent contact with team members and guests while assessing needs in each area – staffing, maintenance, cleanliness, signage, and safety  Ability to work varied shifts to include nights and weekends as needed Performs other duties as assigned

 

Person Specification:

Experience having managed a team (Essential) Cash Handling experience (Essential) Customer Service experience (Essential) Arcade experience (Desirable) Ability to work evenings, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs Committed to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members Goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable Able to multitask, remain organized and be able to prioritize  Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills (MS Office)
