The Shopper Marketing Intern is designed for those with a deep enthusiasm for data and analytical tasks. You will have strong Excel abilities, comfortable with leveraging this tool in their everyday tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

As an intern in the Shopper Marketing department at Ferrero, you will embark on a journey filled with diverse responsibilities that span several key business areas. Initially, you will coordinate sample orders, a vital task that ensures a seamless flow from order placement to delivery. In addition, you will be in charge of monitoring sample and stock levels, playing a crucial role in maintaining product availability and accountability.

Your role extends beyond logistics; you will also assist in crafting Intercompany Sales Presentations, offering you a unique opportunity to influence sales strategies. Additionally, support in developing sales aids for field teams, empowering them with the tools needed for effective product promotion. Your creativity will further be called upon as you design trade advertisements and artwork for promotional materials and in-store shopper media, activities that are essential for captivating customers and boosting sales.

The internship offers more than just task-oriented work; you will immerse yourself in value-add projects. These initiatives are designed to enrich your learning experience and contribute significantly to your professional growth. You will also participate in regular meetings with the Trade Marketing and Marketing teams, allowing you to gain valuable insights into cross-functional operations and strategic planning

Lastly, your internship experience will be rounded out by attending company-wide business updates and presentations. This will not only keep you informed about Ferrero's strategic directions and goals but also provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the company's place within the wider industry. Through this internship, you will gain a holistic view of Ferrero's operations, ensuring a rich, educational, and professionally rewarding experience.

Who we are looking for:

Your passion for learning and personal growth, paired with your ability to produce top-tier work under tight deadlines, will be key. We welcome recent graduates, those on a gap year, and final-year students aiming for a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or similar areas. The skill to prioritise your workload and work effectively within a team is crucial.

A keen interest in the consumer goods sector, especially chocolate or confectionery, is benefical . We're looking for candidates who have shown excellence in leadership, teamwork, and analytical thinking, and who stand out for their communication and interpersonal skills. Being able to adapt to a fast-moving and ever-changing work environment is indispensable.

  1. Telephone Interviews April 2024 
  2. Testing phase during that last week of April
  3. Assessment Center will take place May 2024  


Anticipated start date 2nd September and will be for a 12 months.
