Anglian Water are searching for a Change Manager, responsible for the people change element of projects and programmes- ensuring people engagement, transition to the new way of working and realisation of benefits. This is a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave for 9 months.

What you'll be doing:

Using your excellent programme and project management skills, you'll be responsible for tailoring change deliverables to meet the size, scale and scope of the change, focusing on the individual change transition, whilst engaging sponsors and project managers in the Change management approach to demonstrate change success.

As a Change Manager, you will be delivering change management to drive faster adoption, leading change management activities and managing anticipated resistance. You will ensure higher utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees/customers/suppliers across our organisation to increase ROI, create value and achieve outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will need to build strong relationships with our business Subject Matter Experts, business stakeholders, line managers and sponsors to ensure that our people are supported to adopt, fully utilise and be proficient in the new way of working.

What does it take to be successful?

Experience in IT driven change ( preferably SAP)

Demonstrable experience in people change and building business capability
Evidence of a track record of successfully communicating to a variety of audiences
Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
Excellent strategic thinker with ability to translate into tactical plans
Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, ability to engage with all levels
Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Strong leadership skills, especially under pressure
Strong influencing skills at a senior manager level
Flexibility and adaptability in approach to fit organisational culture, maturity and needs

Prosci Change Management Practitioner would be ideal but not essential
