As our Hotel Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the physical integrity of our hotel and ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel maintenance.More about the role:
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazardsCoordinate and perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairsManage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure their training and performance meet our high standardsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of equipment and systemsWork closely with other hotel departments to prioritize and address maintenance requestsMonitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenses effectivelySource and manage relationships with external contractors when necessaryEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the maintenance teamRespond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotationWho you are:Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related fieldStrong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and facilities maintenanceExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shiftsKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresRelevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plusIf you are passionate about maintaining the highest standards of quality in a luxury hotel environment and have the skills and experience required for this role, we invite you to apply.
