Based - Brighter Foods, LL36 9LW, Tywyn
Job Type: Full time/Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Brighter Foods is an award-winning food manufacturer based in Tywyn, a small town situated between the stunning Snowdonia Mountain range and the beautiful beaches of mid-Wales. Since our launch in 2014, this growing company has brought experience, resources and talent to a thriving sector of food manufacturing serving the millions of consumers who are looking for the finest ingredients and superb taste and texture in a healthy snack bar.
For this role, you will need to be happy working independently to support Managers across our full site.

As People Business Partner, you'll:
Develop strong partnerships with the Site Leadership Team to ensure the successful delivery of People objectives. Act as a trusted advisor and coach, providing expert guidance on all HR matters to managers across the site. Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure consistency in strategic targets and practices. Oversee employee relations activities, including handling complex ER issues and managing cases related to performance management, grievances, and more. Support strategic responsibilities such as organizational change, succession planning, and bonus process management. Drive engagement and foster a positive culture through the creation and delivery of engagement activities aligned with the overall strategy. What skills and experience do I need for this role?
Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience handling employee relations cases across different business areas. Proficiency in advising Senior Managers on HR policies and procedures. Sound knowledge of current employment legislation. Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills. Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt to change. Ideally, experience working as an HR Generalist in a blue-collar environment. What's in it for me?
