Your Role: As part of the Lead Generation/Sales, You will be an integral part of the Sales department. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, closing sales, and promoting a diverse range of products to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
  • Providing detailed product information and addressing customer queries.
  • Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Following up on leads and accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Handling objections professionally and scheduling follow-up meetings.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings as required.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and other sales tools.
