    A day in the life of…

    As Sales Executive your role will be to carry out projects and generate leads resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy. Identifying any new leads and contacts, working with the front of house teams in driving engagement. You will conduct sales lead calls to potential new accounts and clients and ensuring all sales databases are kept accurate and up to date. Following up on reactive sales leads from enquiries made directly to the hotel.  Performing general office duties and administrative tasks where needed which include weekly and monthly reports.

    Based in the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel you will be part of a small (but mighty) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

    What do we need from you?

    To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a current sales role capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry. Previous experience of working in an office environment. You will need to be comfortable talking on the telephone or face to face with customers. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with all team on and off-property.
