Are you a Conveyancing New Business Assistant or Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent looking for a new position in Leamington Spa? If so, this established law firm is looking to grow its Conveyancing Department with an additional New Business Legal Assistant

This firm can offer you a supportive and close-knit office environment where you will work alongside the conveyancing department generating new business for the firm. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Dealing with all calls from direct clients and providing them with quotes and effectively turn calls into instructions
  • Assisting conveyancers where needed on a daily basis
  • Assisting with Land Registry applications and archiving/closing files
  • Providing key administrative support to the team

To be considered for this Conveyancing New Business Assistant role based in Leamington Spa, you must:

  • Have at least 6 months’ experience working in a similar role or working as an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator
  • Be passionate about attracting new business and helping the firm grow
  • Be an upbeat and enthusiastic individual with a confident attitude
