Your Mission

- Streamline the customs clearance process for all inbound shipments to the Americas, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all required customs documentation, including FSFE transactions.
- Maintain all customs documentation for audit readiness.
- Act as the primary liaison for our nominated customs brokers, overseeing documentation flow and providing support on daily requests.
- Review and monitor customs brokers' performance through KPIs and QBRs, with a particular focus on FSFE compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed customs and tracking reports to manage duties, values, and entry volumes.
- Drive continuous improvements in customs operations for greater efficiency and accountability.

Your Story

- 5+ years of experience in logistics, customs, or import/export processes, with specific expertise in FSFE.
- Holds a relevant degree in international management, logistics, economics, international trade, and/or possesses a customs broker license/background.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of customs law, import procedures, customs valuation, preferential origin procedures, and FSFE.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage cross-functional topics effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for diverse audiences.
- Utilizes data-driven decision-making in daily operations.
- Passionate about establishing seamless processes and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in project management and implementing process improvements.
- Experience in data science/analytics is beneficial.
