London, United Kingdom University of Westminster Full time

This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

We are looking for a data-driven, results-focused, student recruitment professional to lead our UK student recruitment and outreach team as part of our Global Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Communications department.

Playing a key role in our ability to raise awareness, grow relationships and drive applications from targeted key school and college feeders, you will be able to create and deliver a student recruitment plan to help us achieve our ambitious student recruitment targets.

This role is essential to help promote our brand, its purpose, our courses and to raise the aspirations of students from all backgrounds – with the aim to realise their full potential as part of diverse and supportive community.

You will also help to deliver widening participation initiatives and objectives as part of our new Access and Participation Plan.

A good team player and leader, you will have strong organisational skills, industry knowledge and work collaboratively with academic and professional service colleagues across the University and with external partners – including schools, colleges, local authorities and other industry bodies.

In return we can offer a supportive work environment and smart/hybrid working patterns (subject to business needs) with a generous holiday allowance.

We are fully committed to enabling a supportive and safe learning and working environment which is equitable, diverse and inclusive, is based on mutual respect and trust, and in which harassment and discrimination are neither tolerated nor acceptable.

The University has adopted Smart Working principles to support and further our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion aims of being an inclusive, collaborative and flexible employer. Further details of Smart Working can be discussed at interview stage.
