Due to an exciting growth phase a new opportunity has arisen for a positive and tenacious Sales Development Representative.
About the company:
- Multimillion pound turnover business providing PPE into numerous industries.
- Designing and manufacturing market leading products worldwide.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for finding, developing and nurturing leads, working closely with the marketing and BD teams.
- Lead generation via outbound calling to identify potential new customers.
- Working closely with marketing to execute email and telesales campaigns.
- Utilising and maintaining of the CRM system.
- Booking appointments for BD team to attend.
- Maintaining market and industry knowledge.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Experience in a similar outbound B2B sales role.
- A proactive approach, with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills.
- Motivated, enthusiastic and good sales acumen.
In return:
- Competitive basic salary 28-30k DOE.
- Uncapped commission, huge earning potential. 45k OTE
- Great working environment, training and development.
- 25 days holiday a year, and company pension.
