You will:

Work with the Membership Team to acquire new members and retain existing members Be responsible for the effective workflow of all sales and lead generation systems relating to Memberships Be responsible for the effective planning and delivery of Outreach activities Work with the Membership / Marketing Teams in creating and delivering engaging and timely social media content Sell with integrity whilst actively working towards set sales and lead targets. Follow up on prospects and deal with all enquiries relating to membership. Provide centre tours to our customers and potential members. Build a loyal membership base by providing great customer service. Generate and help support the team achieve sales and lead targets. Support our Membership Advisors.

To be successful you will need:

Good organisational skills Previous sales experience A natural ability to interact with all types of people. To use effective selling techniques. Provide great customer service. A passion for the leisure industry. Drive to achieve targets. A flexible working approach The ability to work hours aligned to the centres opening hours, which may include working weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
