We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Aftersales Controller **to join our team at **Ducati Bournemouth.** You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus benefits.**

**About the Aftersales Controller role**:
Our **Brand New Ducati Showroom** opened at Easter where we offer an immersive Ducati experience; the latest range of Ducati and Ducati Scrambler models, apparel, parts and accessories alongside a host of showroom events and ride-outs

As our Aftersales Controller your key responsibilities will involve dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, providing a premium service and portraying a positive impression of the Service and Parts Departments at all times.

**Hours**:Tuesday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm.

**Responsibilities as our** **Aftersales Controller** **will include**:

- Responding to Service and Parts queries/issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Booking motorcycles into the service department for work to be carried out
- Working with the Parts Advisor ensuring all required parts are ordered and in stock prior to the customer’s arrival
- Informing customers of the progress of their motorbike as it progresses through the workshop
- Workshop Control - managing jobs through the workshop ensuring agreed deadlines are met
- Communicating identified advisories to customers, selling any immediate work required. finalising the invoice on completion
- Key performance measures will include Customer Satisfaction Scores and profitability of the business.
- The ability to work independently in a busy, pressurised environment is essential
- Customer focus, maintaining customer relationships and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role

**What we’re looking for in our Aftersales Controller**:
The successful Aftersales Controller must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and motorcycles. They should be IT literate, be self-motivated, with a proactive approach and will enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Service and Parts department. A flexible approach to the role is required as the opportunity to become involved in other areas of the business is possible. A full, clean driving license (motorcycle and car) is essential.

Premium Motorcycle or Car Main Dealer experience in the role is preferred but not essential.
