We're looking for a General Manager for a gorgeous pub in Stoke Bruerne. Salary up to £44,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Navigation is a fantastic recently refurbished pub in Stoke Bruerne, Towcester.

Featuring a picturesque canalside setting, stunning period features and of course our delicious Signature menu, The Navigation boasts a charming village location which lies on the Grand Union Canal, near the Blisworth Tunnel.

This is a highly seasonal site trading at an average of £27,000 per week in net sales, increasing to £40,000 per week during the summer months.

You will be an experienced operator, with a track record of successfully delivering amazing guest experiences within a high-volume, seasonal business.

Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat located above the pub.
