Overview

We're looking for a General Manager for a gorgeous pub in Stoke Bruerne. Salary up to £44,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. 

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at The Navigation in Stoke Bruerne, Towcester and lead the team to success

About the pub

The Navigation is a fantastic recently refurbished pub in Stoke Bruerne, Towcester.

Featuring a picturesque canalside setting, stunning period features and of course our delicious Signature menu, The Navigation boasts a charming village location which lies on the Grand Union Canal, near the Blisworth Tunnel.

This is a highly seasonal site trading at an average of £27,000 per week in net sales, increasing to £40,000 per week during the summer months.

You will be an experienced operator, with a track record of successfully delivering amazing guest experiences within a high-volume, seasonal business.

Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat located above the pub.
