As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and proven track record for being able to manage a team with a positive ethos. While providing great food and demonstrating excellent customer service skills. You will also be responsible for a retail cafe that operates within the our education setting.

You will be responsible for leading and setting the example with a hands on and can do attitude, while liaising and providing a strong knowledge to our retail cafe, working with gross profit margins, costs, and sales analysis.

experienced Catering and Retail Manager with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Catering and Retail Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.You can demonstrate that managing, training, and supporting a team has been an important part of your career to date.Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to thrive under pressure.Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.Organisational abilities and a high attention to detailEmpathetic, clear and highly effective verbal and written communicationAbility to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
