As a Community Service Manager, you will:
- Manage complex care packages for clients with complex needs in the community.
- Develop and implement management systems to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement training programs to enhance service quality.
- Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure care plans are person-centred and meet the changing needs of our clients.
- Act as a liaison between our organisation and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong relationships.
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
As a Community Service Manager, you will receive:
