This role will be site based with the option for dynamic working.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor your keyresponsibilities include: Commercial Manager/Senior Commercial ManagerNegotiate Subcontract and contract drafting and secure best value outcomeRecording minutes at contractual meetings and able to demonstrate the ability to collate information, prepare reports, payment certificates and interim financial reports and closeout reportsOperating office management systems including filing systems and document control and distributionDraft effective contractual correspondence and the facilitation of collaborative solutions

Role requirements:
Qualifications:Holds an RICS / CICES accredited degreeSenior Quantity Surveyors will hold or be nearing completion of Full Membership with RICS/CICESExperience: Experience in working with customers and ability to strive for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting customers’ needsMust be proficient in Subcontract negotiation and contract draftingMust have procurement experienceMust have good understanding in the knowledge and application of NEC ContractsMinimum 5 years post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry with demonstrable track record of achievementDemonstrable financial and commercial acumen
