~ As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Working on cloud migrations and infrastructure projects of varying sizes.
Providing 2nd and 3rd line support and working with the remote support team to resolve incidents both remotely and onsite at customer premises.
Working on client builds, preparing endpoint hardware, tailoring installations to client requirements, and ensuring all technology is set up in line with business standards.
Documenting details of hardware and software configurations.

Good hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows 10.
Proficiency in anti-virus solutions, firewalls, wireless technologies, networking (e.g., A valid driving license for travel.
Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider would be advantageous.

While some remote working is available, this project-based role also requires you to travel to customer sites (Dorset/Hampshire), sometimes at short notice, with occasional overnight stays as needed.
