Project Manager, Criminal Justice (HMYOI Feltham) £32,000 per year Full time, 35 hours per week Fixed term for two years Based in London / home and flexible working You could join our client as Project Manager for their growing criminal justice programmes. What youll be doing Our client has delivers criminal justice and literacy programmes, and their work includes projects across mens and womens prisons, as well as Young Offender institutions and services in the community. Our client is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of activity at HMYOI Feltham. This is one of four new settings where they are rolling out their programme. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative writing workshops on a weekly basis and organising visits from external authors and facilitators. You will also maintain regular contact with key stakeholders and project partners, as well as supporting evaluation activity, sharing learning and contributing to internal and external reporting. You will be based in London, as part of our clients Criminal Justice team. You will work closely with your Programme Manager and fellow Project Managers. You will be able to work primarily from home if you prefer, rather than our clients office, but will need to visit HMYOI Feltham regularly to support project delivery as well as being in London when necessary for staff team days and planning. What our client is looking for As well as being an excellent project manager, you will need proven experience of confidently facilitating group workshops or training sessions for creative writing, as well as strong event delivery skills. Due to your projects nature, you will need strong communication skills, and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively in a well-organised way. Experience working in secure settings and/or with young people would be desirable.
