There are 4 "Must-Haves" for you to be considered for this role:

You will assist in safe decision making within custody and identify suitable pathways for appropriate onward referral and support.

You will communicate risk and formulation of needs, liaising across both health and social care pathways-GP's Social Services and secondary services, and the criminal justice pathway
- custody, CPS, courts, probation, and prison healthcare.

This will involve your commitment to close partnership working with both statutory and voluntary sector agencies along with the commitment to working with a diverse group of individuals and often complex range of varying needs who have found themselves in a challenging and stressful situation.
