MacGregor Black is partnering with a global consumer brand in search of a European Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth across multiple international distributor markets, with a focus on Southern and Northern Europe .
Build market-specific commercial plans and growth strategies
Analyse performance and financials to influence distributor activity and outcomes
Hold partners to account through structured planning and reporting
Ensure brand consistency and protect activation quality across all markets
Work closely with global marketing, insight, supply chain and legal teams
Become the internal expert on distributor performance, competition and category dynamics
Experience leading commercial and/or marketing delivery across multi-market Europe
Highly analytical — strong command of numbers, KPIs and financial levers
Strong storyteller and presenter with executive-level communication skills
Passion for brands and consumer products
Additional languages, especially Italian, Spanish or Portuguese, are highly advantageous
