Preparation of tax efficient wills

We are looking for an established Wills, Trusts & Probate Partner or Senior Associate with strong private client experience with either a national or top tier regional firm.
Candidates are required to have exceptional knowledge of all areas of probate law and experience of providing high quality advice to a range of clients. The successful candidate will have the ability to play a lead role on clients matters and effectively supervise junior members of the team. We would expect the successful candidate to have top quality connections in the market and, ideally, a degree of client following. Candidates are also required to demonstrate how they can promote the WTP team and other legal services offered by the firm to existing and new target clients and obtain referrals from contacts and referrers.
The position would suit someone with a good academic background and training who is looking to further develop their career.
