Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Azure API Management Lead to spearhead the implementation of Azure API Management services in our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in deploying Azure API Management for both internal and external APIs, with a strong emphasis on practical implementation, security, and best practices. This role demands expertise in configuring various types of APIs in Azure APIM, setting up authentication/authorization, establishing policies and governance, managing CI/CD for API deployment, customizing the Developer Portal, and proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure deployment.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Azure API Management service deployment and management.
  • Deep understanding of API configuration, including security protocols and gateway functionality.
  • Proficient in using Terraform for deploying infrastructure.
  • Experienced in CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Azure or other relevant certifications.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and analytics in Azure.
