With over 50 business centres across the UK providing over 2,000 workshop, office, storage and flexible business units, we work hard to be the first port of call for businesses looking to rent small and medium size commercial premises.

The Role - What Will You Be Doing?

You will be responsible for generating a steady flow of high quality National and Regional corporate occupier leads. You will be engaging with those leads to sell Flexspaces nationwide, multi-site offer and will also be responsible for tracking and evaluating the progress of corporate business development.

You will be required to forge strong relationships with Flexspace Regional, Area and Centre Managers to develop your knowledge of the Flexspace offer and to leverage expansion and multi-site opportunities with existing Occupiers. There are also opportunities for you to be involved with other Sales & Marketing projects including the expansion of our customer referral scheme and other local marketing initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

A determined nature is essential for this will be self-motivated and confident, directly contacting target businesses, adopting a cold calling approach when necessary. A "no" will not phase you You will also be naturally inquisitive with strong analytical skills and attention to detail informing a focused approach to your customer targeting strategy.

Flexspace thrives on collaboration and you must quickly forge relationships across the business to get under the skin of what our priorities are. We will help you develop a commercial approach and guide you in making financially sound decisions using the information available.

With a comprehensive induction over your first few weeks, you will spend time getting to know the ins and out of our business and the sector, touring our sites and meeting your colleagues and existing occupiers. Thereafter, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager and CEO, you will combine a collaborative, team-based approach with the ability to work autonomously when required.

You will have a genuine interest in the commercial real estate sector. A business management and/or marketing related degree is desirable. Sales experience in any business sector would also be an advantage.
