Salary: £30,000 + 10% bonus

About the Role:

My client is seeking a dedicated 1st Line Support Technician to join their dynamic team in Bristol. As a key member of the IT support team, you will provide 1st line support on the service desk, assisting internal users primarily remotely.

This role is fully onsite, based in Bristol, offering the chance to work closely with the team at a central office location.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving technical issues with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, and AutoPilot.
  • Managing helpdesk tickets and providing prompt support.
  • Assisting with service desk operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handling hardware and software problems for internal users, both remotely and on-site.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting network-related issues.
  • Providing support for mobile devices.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a helpdesk, service desk, or technical/IT support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Intune, Office 365, Azure, and AutoPilot.
  • Knowledge of network support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting apple devices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Desirable: Programming skills and knowledge of SQL.
  • Full UK driving license and a car
