An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to work in quality for a global, fast growing beauty business. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality to lead our quality management initiatives across all our brands and markets. The ideal candidate will have a competent background in quality control and assurance within the CPG industry, along with a passion for driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
As Head of Global Quality for No7 Beauty Company, you will be the pivotal in leading the creation and evolution of the quality framework and quality culture which ensures the No7 Beauty Company brands in all markets.
Leads the No7 global quality team to ensure all KPI’s, regulatory and group quality requirements are complied with.
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all aspects of quality control processes, including product testing, inspection, and validation, to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Owns the development, deployment, and maintenance of the QMS ensuring compliance with all global and WBA requirements and the regulatory requirements for No.Ensures effective triage, investigation and management of consumer complaints & feedback ensuring any required improvement activity is managed and communicated effectively.
Leads the management of serious incident investigations ensuring appropriate business escalation and stakeholder management as required.
Ensures that product quality is maintained in all markets throughout the product lifecycle.
Provides leadership to the No7 global quality team ensuring on-going delivery, ensures effective performance management and development.
High level of understanding of quality within a product/brand/CPG setting.
Excellent and impactful influencer with proven senior stakeholder management experience.
Knowledge of the regulatory landscapes for cosmetics and SPF
