A fantastic chance for an administrator to work full time hours

This position is primarily to provide purchasing and warehouse administrative. Key to this role is participating in cross-functional teams to support the efficient running of our vehicles and those of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Monitoring and tracking the use of special tools that are required to be maintained and calibrated utilising our quality management system Q-Pulse
  • Supporting with importing and exporting including HTS Codes, Documentation and Reporting.
  • Document control/records management maintenance using a database.
  • Supporting supplier quality activities such as corrective action completion, NCRs, quarantine and inspections.
  • Data management in the MRP system including new part set up, Bill of Material (BoM) maintenance, Distribution Planning and Stock / Non-stock booking in.
  • Support the supply chain team with PPE ordering and management.
  • Support the waste collection and deliveries team for cover.
  • Reviewing and resolving Invoice Queries.
  • Managing the office consumables.
  • Support the supply chain team with audit preparation and filing.
  • Expediting critical components and overdue purchase orders, provide regular feedback on supply and stock issues to stakeholders as required.
  • Be a strong team player with ability to work effectively on cross-functional project teams.
  • Must be capable of handling multiple tasks at one time.
  • Must be able to develop excellent working relationship with both internal and external customers as well as suppliers.
  • Attending meetings as and when required.

Hours / Days:
Working Monday - Friday working 37.5 hours per hour.

Experience:
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
