About the Company:

We are seeking an experienced and deal-focused Energy Sales & Corporate Broking Director to join our team. This role will focus on raising capital, book-building for block trades, marketing, and raising capital for small and mid-cap corporate clients in the UK listed and upstream oil & gas sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, building a strong client base, and producing sales and market-focused commentary.

About the Role:

  • Raise capital and book-building for block trades
  • Market and raise capital for small and mid-cap corporate clients
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Build a strong client base covering a large number of buy-side funds
  • Originate and bring in new business
  • Produce and disseminate sales and market-focused commentary
  • Provide advice to clients on relationships with investors and the market place
  • Communicate with institutional investors regarding corporate clients

Responsibilities:

  • Raising capital and book-building for block trades
  • Marketing and raising capital for small and mid-cap corporate clients
