~ The creative plates with Mediterranean and Japanese inspiration, are made using premium, fresh, raw ingredients, carefully prepared and presented. The à la carte offers diners a balance between classic and experimental dishes, alongside a choice of selected plates paired with a range of premium sake and wine.

The ideal candidate for must have strong drive to create new dishes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a small team in an open kitchen.

Full time position
~2-3 days off per week

~28 days Holiday per annum


Head Chef: £45-£50 per annum + Bonus
Pastry/Sous Chef: £38-£45 per annum (depending on experience)
It is a small 30 cover restaurant, with a small team that requires the full team to be hands on and highly involved in the day to day kitchen operations.
