PI Solicitor
A Leeds office of a leading UK law firm has a requirement for a PI Solicitor to join their Personal Injury team dealing with EL and PL cases.
The role will predominantly involve the handling of cases on behalf of NHS Trusts and a number of insurer clients. You will manage your own caseload of employers liability and public liability claims. These will be a mix of pre-litigation and litigated claims of mainly Fast Track and low value Multi track cases, as well as assisting and leading on higher value and more complex claims.
It would also be beneficial if you have experience in dealing with Human Rights and data breach cases.
They require someone with relevant experience who can demonstrate their ability to assess legal liability, causation and damages and the need for investigation.
Self-motivated, ambitious, experienced Associate/Senior Associate with experience in a legal based environment handling personal injury claims, both pre and post litigation.
Salary £50,000 to £70,000
