You'll take ownership of company-wide training and development, ensuring every employee has the skills, support, and confidence to excel. Supported by a Training Administrator, you'll focus on strategic development, programme design, and measuring impact. Develop and implement a company-wide training and development strategy aligned with business objectives. Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and design effective blended learning solutions (online, workshop, and on-the-job). Coordinate Toolbox Talks, compliance, and technical training sessions. Collaborate with the SHEQ team to ensure all training meets health, safety, and environmental standards. Partner with department heads to identify talent and support succession planning. You're an experienced learning and development professional who designs impactful training and drives engagement at every level. HND/HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline - Mechanical, Electrical, or Health & Safety preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in a training and development role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or energy sectors. Strong understanding of competency frameworks and compliance training. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent stakeholder engagement, planning, and reporting skills. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between company sites.
