We're looking for a Professional Concierge to join the Property Team of a leading luxury student accommodation provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values innovation and growth.

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Schedule: 4-on-4-off rota, including weekends and bank holidays
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do: As the first point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents feel welcomed and supported. Resident Support: Resource Management: Managing the loaning of items like hoovers, fans, and ironing boards.
Collaborating with university partners to organize and run social events.
Supporting contractors, visitors, and university partners with their needs.
Building Oversight: Team Support: Handling incidents and contacting emergency services when necessary.

Passionate about helping residents enjoy their stay.
A plus if you speak other languages, as 80% of our residents are international.
Punctual & Flexible: Reliable timekeeper with a flexible approach to work.
