Recsure Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for a company based within the Telford area. This role is working 08.30 - 17.00, Monday to Friday on a straight permanent contract. There is opportunities for immediate starts for suitable candidates following CV submittal and interview process. This role will include the following duties on a day to day basis:

  • Managing current client base to consistent sales from them/ up sell further products.
  • Updating customer data based using CRM systems/ spreadsheets.
  • Acting as a point of contact for all of current and new customer needs.
  • Develop positive relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Communicating potential issues with other departments including - production, quality, transport and end user.
  • Monitoring sales performance.
  • Suggest improvements that can be made to improves sales performance/ opportunities.
  • Carry out quarterly customer reviews/ satisfaction surveys.
Experience/ Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience of working within a sales executive position.
  • Must have previous experience of working in sales within the manufacturing industry.
  • Understand sales performance metric and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
