The Role: We're looking for a passionate Senior Product Marketing Business Partner to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to dive into the world of HR software, bringing innovative solutions to the market and driving growth. You'll be at the heart of our product marketing efforts, collaborating closely with product management, sales, customer education, and the wider marketing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategies for our HR software solutions, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and communicate clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with our customers.
  • ✏️ Create and refine marketing materials, from messaging frameworks to sales enablement assets, to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, using insights to shape our product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points and ensure our products are meeting their needs.

About You:

  • You have over 5 years of experience in SaaS B2B technology, ideally with a focus on HR software.
  • You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for turning complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
  • You’re confident in your ability to build strong relationships and influence across different areas of the business.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
