Medical Receptionist / Administrator
Position: Medical Receptionist / Administrator
Contract: Short-term cover

Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist/Administrator to support the team during December and early January. This role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced primary care environment.

Additional hours may become available.

Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone
Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining patient confidentiality
Professional telephone manner
The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience in a GP practice or medical reception environment , confident using SystmOne , and able to hit the ground running.
