Given the continuous expansion of their business, they are currently looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to attract new clients and increase sales among their existing customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects, generating leads and negotiating sales of rubber products and rubber engineering services. As a Field Sales Representative, you will work directly with the Sales and Marketing Manager to implement sales strategies and to meet the company's sales and revenue objectives.
Please be aware that this role requires a full and clean UK driving licence. Additionally, the position will involve delivering completed jobs and picking up new jobs from clients.
Convert prospects into customers through sales methods such as door-to-door sales and in-person product presentations.
Visit new and existing customers daily to evaluate their needs (company car will be provided).
Work towards sales targets and collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas for marketing collateral that will help achieve your sales objectives.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
At least one year of B2B sales experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with computer software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent data analysis skills.
Full and clean UK driving licence, and confidence to drive a company car on a daily basis.
