Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Rep at Blend in Devizes. As a Sales Development Rep at Blend, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our membership business. You will be a key member of our dynamic sales development team, acting as the eyes and ears in the market. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, providing valuable feedback, and securing commitments from senior executives in large-scale organizations. Your efforts will be essential in fueling the growth and expansion of our global sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Role
- Educate prospects on the value that Blend delivers to its members
- Contact senior executives via telephone, email and LinkedIn
- Arrange qualified sales meetings for the Membership Sales Directors
- Produce detailed call notes for the Sales Directors and assist them in closing deals
- Invite prospective members to Blend Member events
- Identify and connect with new contacts who align with the Blend value proposition. Are they a perfect fit for our community? Do they embody a collaborative spirit, possess a low ego, and have a desire to share and be vulnerable with their peers?
- Continuously update and maintain accurate intel on prospective members
