NQ Employment Opportunity
The firm specialises in Dispute Resolution, Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, and Employment Law. - Manage a diverse caseload of contentious employment matters using advanced case management systems.
- Lead Employment Tribunal proceedings, including drafting pleadings, obtaining witness statements, and representing clients.
- Oversee all client communications.
- Adhere to stringent service level standards.
- NQ - 5 years+ PQE with substantial experience in employment law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, delivering clear and concise advice.
- Excellent legal acumen, analytical skills, and commercial focus.
- Conscientious and commercially minded, dedicated to meeting clients' needs.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, influencing and earning colleagues' respect.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of managing personal caseloads.
- Proficiency in IT systems to optimize efficiency.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development aligned with business objectives.
