Aureos are seeking a stores manager to work in our stores department in Doncaster. You will control effectively and efficiently the yard/stores lay down area. Receipting, checking all deliveries against the purchase order and reporting any deficiencies. Control the issue of materials and equipment to site locations. Receipt, move and return depot equipment using the Asset Tagz system. Fully competent in all Microsoft office applications, creating excel spreadsheets and filling in stores sheets, producing and completing formulas in excel documents / compiling damage reports and photograph documentations (Word documents and Power Point) Primary tasks and duties: Controlling the Stores and associated inventory, including on-site issue. Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on inventory levels by physical count, recordkeeping, and / or visual inspection. Understanding and knowledge of all items used on all Overhead line works, the assembly of all components as per the design drawings - understanding of the design drawings. Inspecting and verifying deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes Managing the issue/return of Materials, plant and equipment to and from site locations Ensuring all depot equipment is returned/transferred using the correct system and in a safe and tidy manner Ensuring all waste is controlled as per Company and Environmental guidelines In accordance with Aureos guidelines, will comply with and contribute to the effective implementation of policies :- Health & Safety Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Ethical Code of Conduct Policy, Drug & Alcohol Policy To work within established Company Procedures Promote company values and standards and exhibit appropriate behaviour in accordance with Company ethos To demonstrate safety, integrity & commitment at all times Maintain excellent levels of communication throughout the team and the wider business To undertake any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs Equal opportunities Aureos are an equal opportunities employer, and we are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.
