If you have a solid understanding of warehouse operations coupled with a passion for driving process improvements, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day warehouse operations within our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Utilising your in-depth knowledge of chemical distribution to oversee and optimise processes and procedures in the warehouse. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and productivity. Working closely with your team to ensure the smooth receiving, repackaging, relabelling, diluting, mixing, blending, and reshipping of products. Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment. Leading and motivating your team to achieve maximum performance and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you must have: A solid understanding of warehouse operations, specifically in the chemical industry. Previous experience in process improvement and implementing change within a warehouse environment. Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. A commitment to health and safety best practises. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively. Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £40, to £45, per annum, depending on experience.
