We are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator who has relevant experience within the engineering or manufacturing industries. This represents an excellent opportunity to be a key contact for a company which provides products internationally. Duties of role
  • Providing support for international customer orders
  • Overseeing and supervising a team of 3
  • Account management
  • Warehouse control
  • Transport, logistics support and tracking
  • Ensuring correct import and export documentation
  • Overseeing timely invoicing for international accounts
  • Aftermarket sales support
  • Supporting with scheduling subcontractor activities
  • Date input to ERP system
  • Forecasting stock for production and delivery
About the person
  • Experience in a Sales Administration role within a technical environment
  • Having managed a team of administration staff
  • Exposure and experience using SAP
  • A good level of general education
  • Able to multi-task and work across business functions
  • Experience working as part of an internal sales team
  • Experience of import export documentation and processes
  • Account management exposure
