As a construction planning professional, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating project schedules, ensuring efficient and timely completion of construction projects.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather project requirements and create comprehensive construction plans.

* Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify project scope, constraints, and resource requirements.

* Use construction planning software and tools to create Gantt charts, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.

* Monitor project progress against established schedules, identify potential delays or conflicts, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project timelines, milestones, and any changes to the construction schedule.

* Conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Proficiency in construction planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality in construction planning and scheduling.

* Qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields are advantageous.
