Director of Program Management (Automotive)
Full-Time Employment
Our client is a full-service supplier specializing in the manufacturing of safety critical Powertrain, Seating and Accessory Systems along with a range of other components and assemblies. With our vertical integration, product engineering, and technical support teams, we are well positioned to meet the demanding product performance needs of our customers.
Supervise 3 program managers for projects directly with the company’s clients.
# Apply change, risk, and resource management principles when needed.
# Coordinate with program managers and other stakeholders to create detailed implementation plans. This includes deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols.
# Provide processes for monitoring performance and collaborating with program teams to determine ways to improve.

Proven track record as a successful program director, program manager, or project manager within the automotive sector.
# Experience managing teams through long, complex program implementations.
# Knowledge of current program management methods and best practices.
# Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
# Experience with industry-standard project management software and tools.

10 years related experience, with progressive responsibility in program project management.
~ Experience managing budgets for multiple projects.
