Your new role As an Estates Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of Estates Officers, Caretakers, and Concierge staff to deliver proactive estate management services. You'll also play a key role in performance management, while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer satisfaction and community safety. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in team leadership and performance management. Strong background in housing management services and knowledge of relevant legislation. A flexible approach, with willingness to travel and adapt to changing demands. What you'll get in return Hourly pay rate of up to £34.26 per hour, 35 hours per week - weekly pay.
