Contractor Opportunity – Building Surveyor (50:50 Fee Share)

Lifelys is a long-established, Gloucestershire-based firm specialising in Level 2 Home Surveys for private homebuyers. We’re currently looking for an experienced RICS Building Surveyor to join us on a contract basis to help meet growing demand.

This is a great opportunity for an independent surveyor who wants steady, flexible work without the hassle of admin, marketing, or client management . 50:50 fee share on all completed surveys
~ All client enquiries, bookings, and admin handled by our office
~ Experience conducting residential Level 2 surveys
To have a car, surveying equipment and public liability insurance

We focus on delivering high-quality, consistent Level 2 surveys for private buyers throughout Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. Our goal is to offer contractors a trusted partnership, combining independence with the backing of an established local brand.
