We’re currently looking for an experienced RICS Building Surveyor to join us on a contract basis to help meet growing demand. This is a great opportunity for an independent surveyor who wants steady, flexible work without the hassle of admin, marketing, or client management . We handle all bookings, payments, and client communication - you simply inspect, report, and get paid. What We Offer 50:50 fee share on all completed surveys All client enquiries, bookings, and admin handled by our office RICS-compliant templates and report structure provided using GoReport on iPad Monthly invoicing and payment upon receipt of invoice What You’ll Need RICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS) Experience conducting residential Level 2 surveys Strong attention to detail and clear written communication Reliable time management and professionalism To have a car, surveying equipment and public liability insurance About Lifely Surveyors Founded in 2007, Lifelys is known locally for its clarity, reliability, and client-first approach .
