Provide functional/technical expertise to support Oracle Cloud HCM
Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
The person playing this role will build working relationships with key client, incumbent and NTT DATA stakeholders, including other NTT DATA technical support and engineering teams.
The role will report into the Service Delivery Manager for the respective NTT DATA account along with being part of the Applications Management practice.

Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes
~ 10+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
~ Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
~ Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Global Payroll (UK), Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, Oracle Cloud Learning and ORC)
~ Participated in at least 1 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
~ Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
~ Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
~5 years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 – 2016
~ First Line, Second Line and hands-on Operational Support experience (Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, etc.)
~ Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
